Deptford High Street

The Mayor of London is seeking ways to increase the amount of housing being provided across the City.  This project in the London Borough of Lewisham considers the addition of a new flat on the roof of an existing building, containing a commercial ground floor with residential premises over.  The sensitive site location required several options to be considered and for the new roofline to be designed so as to make a positive contributon to the historic setting.
