We are a small architectural practice based in South East London, working across London and the surrounding counties.  We have many years of experience designing and delivering small to medium residential, commercial and educational projects.

We aim to design carefully crafted buildings and places that bear a positive relationship with their environmental context.  We do not have an office design style.  Instead, we put an emphasis on understanding and working with the locality of the places where our designs will be seen.

Our curiosity for and interest in the urban and rural environments surrounding our projects means that we strive to explore and elaborate on the details and typologies evident in the areas where we work.

Materials and quality of light are important to us and we endeavour to use materials that are robust, beautiful and sympathetic in a way that allows us to enhance the qualities of light on the site and within the buildings that we design.

We work with home owners, building and land owners and developers and we always start our projects by listening carefully to understand what our clients want and need.  We work closely with our clients to ensure that our projects are of the highest quality of craftsmanship, innovation and pragmatism.
